Experience the traditional Karen (Pga K’nyaw) way of life, stay in a local homestay by the stream, and slow down through simple, meaningful moments in the peaceful rhythm of village life. 🌄 Day 1 8.30 AM Depart from Chiang Mai city and head towards Mae Chaem District Stop for lunch along the way (at your own expense) Transfer to a local 4WD vehicle to access the remote village Check in to your homestay Join the traditional welcoming ceremony, a local blessing ritual Walk around the village and learn about the local way of life Enjoy a home-cooked local dinner Spend the evening freely 🌿 Day 2 Trek through the forest to a waterfall near the village Have lunch at the villager's home Enjoy a relaxing afternoon break Learn how to cook traditional Karen food, or relax at your own pace Enjoy a traditional performance by the village children Optional: Donate supplies, money, or snacks to the local community.
