POLICY 1. Punctuality: Please be ready on time. Late arrivals may affect your tour experience. 2. Safety & Instructions: Always follow your guide’s instructions when interacting with elephants. 3. Non-Refundable: All bookings are final. No cancellations or refunds under any circumstances. 4. Health & Physical Condition: Guests must be in good health. This activity is not recommended for pregnant women or guests with back, neck, heart, or serious medical conditions. 5. Elephant Interaction: • Do not approach elephants without permission from the guide. • Do not feed elephants food that is not provided by staff. • Keep a safe distance and avoid standing behind elephants. 6. Clothing & Personal Items: Wear comfortable clothes that can get dirty or wet. The company is not responsible for lost or damaged items. 7. Weather Conditions: The tour operates in most weather conditions. The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary for safety. 8. Animal Welfare: We do not allow any behavior that harms or stresses the elephants. Guests who violate this rule may be removed from the tour without refund.
