Service Description
We’ll leave Chiang Mai city and travel to a small hidden village in Mae Taeng. When we arrive, we’ll hike through the forest and make our way to the village. We’ll spend the day eating local food, and living life in a simple way. We’ll stay together in a small homestay, share dinner, relax, and enjoy the nature. The next morning, instead of hiking back, we’ll float down the river on a bamboo raft. The raft will take us to the pick-up point where the car will be waiting to take us back to the city. This 2-day, 1-night trip is perfect for people who want to see how Thai people live, eating together, staying under one roof, and doing activities as a group. It’s not a luxury trip, but it’s warm, friendly, and full of real moments. If you enjoy meeting new people and don’t mind simple living, you’ll really enjoy this trip. Tour Duration 10:00 AM (Day 1) – 3:00 PM (Day 2) (approximately) *This is a December-only tour, operating on weekends. If fewer than 4 people book, the tour may be rescheduled or cancelled. • The maximum number of participants per group is 9 people. • Private tours are available; please note that pricing will differ. • Accommodation is in a basic homestay without air conditioning; please be prepared for simple living conditions. And you will be sharing accommodation with other guests. • If you have food allergies or special dietary needs, please inform us before the trip. • This experience is not suitable for infants, toddlers, or those requiring modern comforts or privacy. • You should be prepared to get wet. • If you have any medical conditions or physical limitations, please inform us before booking. • The itinerary may change due to weather or local conditions. • Bamboo rafting may be postponed or changed according to river conditions. • The organizer is not responsible for accidents caused by not following safety guidelines. •. 1. Booking and Payment • A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received. • Prices are quoted in Thai Baht and include only what is specified in the tour description. 2. Dress Code • Wear appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for the type of tour. • For temple visits, modest attire is required: shoulders and knees should be covered. 5. Personal Belongings and Safety • The company is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal items during the tour. 6. Weather Conditions • Tours may be rescheduled or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. Safety of participants is the top priority. 7.
