PROGRAM INCLUDES • Round-trip transportation within downtown Chiang Mai • Morning pickup at 08:30 • Afternoon pickup at 12:30 • English-speaking guide and staff • Protective gear: helmet, glasses, and raincoat • Personal injury insurance (provided before the trip begins) • Local picnic lunch and drinking water • Free entrance to Patara Elephant Farm • Elephant feeding: 1 basket of food per person included • Elephant bathing: optional, 2,200 THB per person

Non-Refundable: All bookings are final. No cancellations or refunds under any circumstances. 4. Health & Physical Condition: Guests must be in good physical condition. This activity is not recommended for pregnant women or guests with back, neck, heart, or serious medical conditions. 5. Age & Driving Requirements: Drivers must be at least 16 years old and able to operate the ATV safely. Younger guests may join as passengers. 6. Alcohol & Drugs: Participation is not allowed under the influence of alcohol or drugs. 7. Damage Responsibility: Any damage caused by careless or unsafe driving may result in extra charges. 8. Personal Belongings: The company is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings. 9. Weather Conditions: The tour may continue in light rain. The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary in case of unsafe weather conditions.
